Heartland Signs and Graphics of Mount Pleasant, WI designs, builds and installs all manner of signage for customers in Southeast Wisconsin. While we are an independent family-owned business, we are part of a national network of 300+ sign companies that work together to provide high value sign solutions and service to companies large and small. Heartland uses a latex printer to produce adhesive vinyl for numerous applications.
Adhesive Vinyl is used in many kinds of signage. Peter Haslam of Heartland Signs and Graphics: “Most people don’t think of vinyl very often, but see it in signs every day.” For example, window lettering is produced from cut vinyl, which can be adhered to the inside or outside of windows. Vinyl decals are used to decorate and display branding on vehicles, including trucks and cars. In fact, we produce and install vehicle wraps using laminated vinyl, which can be shaped and applied to fit the contours of any vehicle.
Colored vinyl, and sometimes printed vinyl, is used in all the colors of the rainbow to make channel letters. Cabinet signs, which like channel letters, are backlit using LEDs to illuminate a polycarbonate sign face with your company’s brand on them. Peter Haslam: “The images on these signs are printed on premium cast vinyl, laminated and placed on polycarbonate sheets, and are often installed in pylon signs at shopping centers.” Monument signs, both illuminated and non-illuminated, also contain vinyl elements, which are customized to compliment the other components of these signs. The sky is the limit.
Vinyl wall murals are the most voluminous use of printed vinyl. Heartland Signs and Graphics can help you design or convert your company’s image, no matter the size, to a graphic of the size of your choosing. There are limitless applications here. Our professional team of vinyl installers can handle any odd shape, space or contour that your location may have, and can laminate your vinyl mural to help extend its life. Moreover, Heartland can repair damage that may occur to your mural on short notice.
Peter: “Here at Heartland Signs and Graphics, we print exclusively using latex ink, as opposed to solvent inks, which emit no fumes and dry instantly. As a result, the vinyl that we print has a minimal impact to the environment, which helps to keep Wisconsin green!” Heartland uses the latest in Hewlett-Packard printing technology to produce signage in an infinite variety of vibrant colors and configurations for its customers.
