Heartland Signs and Graphics most recently completed and installed a new monument sign for Viva Wellness in the City of Brookfield, WI. Viva Wellness is a professional wellness and weight loss clinic that recently completed an extensive renovation and rebranding for their clinic. Viva’s owners asked Heartland to design a modern monument sign that would be visible at night on their high traffic location on Burleigh Road in Brookfield.
Viva’s owners met with Peter from Heartland to review different design options, from which Heartland presented multiple design concepts for Viva to review. Once a basic design had been identified, Heartland Sign and Graphics’ designers were able to recreate Viva’s logo from an email signature, and then make adjustments to this logo suitable for use in a halo lit sign. This new design included a custom shaped top cabinet mounted on a wood-grained middle on top of a brick base. Heartland worked with its fabrication team and electricians to complete this design, and to take this project through the permitting process.
Upon approval of the permit by the City, materials ordering and the fabrication process began. Viva’s logo was formed out of custom blue custom-made metal plates and attached with standoffs to the top of the white top of the monument. LEDs were placed behind the metal plates, with supporting electrics built inside the monument, to support halo lighting. A wood-grained surface was applied to the middle portion of the monument, which rests upon a brick base, with ribbon cut street numbers on each side. This monument sign complements Viva’s branding, and will attract customers and visitors, and build brand awareness in Brookfield and the surrounding area for years to come.
